We sell digital gift vouchers redeemable for professional golf lessons with a qualified PGA golf instructor. Voucher options include 60-minute, 90-minute, and couples’ sessions.

• Vouchers are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase.
   
• It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly.
   

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
   

• Lessons must be booked in advance directly with the instructor, using the contact information provided with the voucher.
   
• Bookings are subject to availability.
   
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the lesson.
   

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed or booked.
   
• After 14 days, or once a voucher is used to book a lesson, it is non-refundable.

• Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written notice, as long as they have not been redeemed.
   

• Lessons may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to weather or instructor availability. In such cases, an alternative date will be arranged at no extra cost.
   

• We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during a lesson. All participants take part at their own risk.
   
• We are not responsible for the actions of individual instructors or third-party venues.
   

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or commit any unlawful or fraudulent act.
   
• Use the website to transmit any unsolicited or promotional material (spam).
   
• Impersonate any person or entity.
